All podcast episodes, images, designs, text, graphics, and other content are owned by us or used with permission. You can’t:
Copy, distribute, or change our content without permission.
Use our name, logo, or branding in a misleading way.

If you submit content to us (reviews, comments, social media tags, emails, etc.):
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with Ballerz Baffle.

Orders are placed through our WooCommerce store and processed via secure payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal.
Prices and product availability can change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, errors in pricing).
All amounts are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
shipping & delivery
Shipping times are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary.
Some items are custom ordered – if your size isn’t in stock, it can take up to 6 weeks for new stock to arrive before shipping.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
returns, refunds & exchanges
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Returns & Refunds Policy (available at ballerzbaffle.au/returns) applies to all purchases.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
Custom products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact podcast@ballerzbaffle.au immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
